Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of nervousness, worry, unease or fear, sometimes also including symptoms such as an increased heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating or feeling weak. It is normal to feel anxious occasionally, however in case of an anxiety disorder, the feeling of anxiety becomes more frequent, and can make daily activities and situations more difficult. There are several types of anxiety disorders, for example a generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias.
