Impaired Glucose Tolerance is a test to measure if the levels of sugar in your blood are too high. It is measured with a 2 hour oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). If there are glucose levels measured of 140 to 199 mg/dL, it is considered impaired glucose tolerance, a sign of pre-diabetes.
