An endocrinologist is a doctor that specializes in diseases of the endocrine system, the body’s endocrine glands and the hormones they produce. They treat conditions such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, diseases of the adrenal and pituitary gland, and endocrine diseases of the reproductive system such as PCOS.
